Handling & Shipping Times:

Expected delivery times are made up of two parts: handling time and delivery time.

• Handling time includes the time it takes for the order to be picked and packed 
• For delivery times, we have given the consumer a turnaround time of 3-5 days- dependant by the courier pick up or dropped off at the depot. When your order is ready to be picked up you will receive a notification email with your tracking information to always let you know what status your parcel is at.
• These timeframes are intended as a guide rather than a guarantee. However, we do are up most to make sure they're as accurate as possible.

Free Shipping:
Currently we offer Free Shipping for orders over $150.00 NZD Standard Shipping.
Free Rural shipping $200+

Standard Shipping Rate:
We supply a standard shipping rate across all orders under $150.00 NZD.
If you are rural, please be mindful that you select the correct option.
If you are selecting 'Local pick up' Please go online and book in your allotted time to pick up your order in our working hours. We do not cover for lost or stolen goods.
